Job Description
Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP programmes, ideally within a consulting or client-facing environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA transformations or major SAP implementations.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound programmes with global or multi-country scope.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Familiarity with programme governance frameworks and delivery methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
- Background in consulting, such as Big 4 or GSI equivalent.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP transformation programmes, such as S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
- Manage multiple project workstreams across functional and technical SAP teams.
- Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting, RAID management, and delivery plans.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business and IT to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
- Coordinate system integrators, consulting teams, and client resources.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive risk mitigation, change management, and programme communications.
