Senior AI Enabled Software/DevOps Engineer

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Senior DevOps Engineer, or in a similar hands-on role
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals, including system design, code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Solid experience building API-first or service-based systems
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Python
• Experience deploying and operating production systems using containerisation and automation tooling
• Comfort working across development, deployment, and operational concerns
• Confidence taking ownership of technical work and systems in live environments

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and operate AI-enabled software and platform solutions
• Develop and maintain API-driven services and integrations that allow systems to work effectively with AI capabilities
• Contribute to the evolution of existing applications towards modern, service-based and cloud-native architectures
• Implement and operate integration mechanisms between software systems and AI platforms, including emerging patterns where appropriate
• Apply AI tools to support engineering productivity, while retaining full accountability for quality, safety, and correctness
• Review, validate, and guide AI-generated code or output to ensure it meets engineering and operational standards
• Build, deploy, and operate services using TypeScript and Python, supported by modern DevOps practices
• Package and operate workloads using Kubernetes tooling, such as Helm, and infrastructure as code, such as Terraform
• Work closely with engineers, platform teams, and AI specialists to deliver integrated solutions
