Description du poste
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Mitarbeiter zur operativen und strategischen Betreuung unserer Online-Marktplätze, insbesondere:
• Amazon
• eBay
• OTTO
• Kaufland
Aufgaben
- Betreuung und Optimierung unserer Marktplatz-Accounts
- Kundenservice und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Erstellung, Optimierung und Pflege von Produktlistings
- Margenoptimierung und Analyse der Verkaufsperformance
- Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von PPC-Kampagnen
- Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung unserer Marken und Produkte
- Management von Bestellungen und Retouren
- Erstellung von Versandetiketten
- Koordination mit Lager und Versanddienstleistern
- Unterstützung bei der Verbesserung interner Prozesse
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im E-Commerce und im Umgang mit den genannten Marktplätzen
- Kenntnisse in PPC, Listing-Optimierung und Performance-Analyse
- Strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und kundenorientiertes Denken
- Erfahrung mit Billbee
Benefits
