Job Description
Salary: £44,000 - 84,000 per year
Requirements:- Proven experience in administering and configuring SharePoint Online within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, governance, and security principles.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development, including the design, development, deployment, and support of custom SharePoint solutions.
- PowerShell scripting skills, including SharePoint Online, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and automation of administrative and governance activities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform and Microsoft Graph.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience developing integrations using Microsoft Graph APIs and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Familiarity with compliance and data protection requirements in a regulated environment.
- Previous experience delivering user training, adoption programmes, and technical mentoring.
- Experience supporting Copilot, Viva, and other modern Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
- Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for process automation and custom solutions.
- Leading the design, configuration, and maintenance of SharePoint Online environments and solutions, ensuring alignment with organisational standards and security requirements.
- Developing and implementing governance frameworks, policies, and best practices for SharePoint usage across the business.
- Partnering with business units to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance collaboration and information management.
- Managing integrations between SharePoint and other Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- Providing expert guidance, training, and support to internal teams to maximise adoption and effective use of SharePoint.
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to maintain a high-performing platform.
- Staying up to date with Microsoft 365 developments and advising on opportunities to leverage new features and capabilities.
