Software Engineer

Salary: £60,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Comprehensive understanding of API and microservice design patterns (REST and/or gRPC), with experience delivering and running services in production.
• Track record of building enterprise-scale applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building event-driven services using Kafka or similar technologies.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including GitLab.
• Banking or regulated financial services technology experience is highly valued.
• Experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams is highly valued.
• Experience identifying, analysing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues is highly valued.
