Senior Technical Product Owner - Sales & Service SAP

Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in product ownership, product management, or a similar role within enterprise technology environments
• Knowledge of SAP Sales and Service platforms and the ability to work effectively with technical specialists and business stakeholders
• Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, and priorities in line with business needs
• Good understanding of delivery frameworks and practices such as ITIL, SAFe, and DevSecOps
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines in a complex environment
• Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in customer- or user-facing environments, with the ability to translate technical detail into business value
• A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to coach, influence, and drive results across matrix teams

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop the product strategy and longer-term roadmap for our SAP Sales and Service platforms
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise initiatives, improvements, and platform investment
• Lead product and project delivery across design, build, test, implementation, and early life support
• Own and manage product backlogs, epics, user stories, and planning activity to support effective delivery
• Establish and maintain standards, policies, and governance for the use and development of SAP Sales and Service solutions
• Ensure services operate effectively against agreed service levels, performance expectations, and cost targets
• Manage third-party vendors and partners to support strong performance and value for money
• Support service introduction, adoption, and ongoing optimisation across our organisation
• Provide leadership across teams and the wider supply chain, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
