Senior Solution Specialist - D365

Salary: £61,000 - 101,000 per year

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, with proven configuration capability
• Strong expertise across Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules: Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost
• Understanding of how Supply Chain Management transactions interact with Finance modules
• Experience across the full project lifecycle, including ongoing support and enhancement
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes to tight deadlines
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Expert
• Desirable: E-commerce retail experience and familiarity with order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
• Desirable: Experience with Finance modules and financial controls
• Desirable: Experience with Warehousing modules
• Desirable: Power Platform experience, including Power Automate and Power Apps, and familiarity with Copilot Studio for process automation

Responsibilities:

• Manage permanent employees and third-party functional resources
• Take long-term ownership of our Dynamics 365 Supply Chain modules, ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance
• Lead functional design and configuration for Supply Chain modules, including Inventory, Procurement & Sourcing, Purchase Orders, Product Information Management, and Landed Cost
• Collaborate with our Finance and Tech teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment
• Support testing cycles, including SIT and UAT, and ensure quality assurance of deliverables
• Contribute to the design and functional support of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external and internal systems
• Identify opportunities to optimise and automate processes using Power Platform and emerging AI capabilities
• Provide training and share knowledge across functions to support adoption and smooth operations
• Maintain robust documentation, configuration standards, and governance processes
• Assist with data migration, configuration, and testing solutions before QA handover
• Support the design of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Use AI and Power Platform to improve process efficiency
• Advise stakeholders and guide best practice for Supply Chain processes
• Cross-train employees on Supply Chain functionality and modules to support a smooth cutover and long-term support capability
