Senior Data Scientist - Gen AI (Remote)

Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of applied machine learning or research experience, including demonstrated leadership in developing production-grade models
• Deep expertise in LLM and deep learning training and deployment at scale
• Bias for action, sound judgment, and comfort working amid ambiguity
• Strong technical leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving technical strategy
• Advanced knowledge of Python, deep learning frameworks, and cloud technologies
• Expert-level understanding of GPU technologies and optimization techniques
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Track record of solving complex technical challenges at scale
• Bonus: Strong research portfolio with publications in leading AI journals and conferences

• Lead and architect our research strategy for applying AI to cybersecurity
• Drive innovation in AI applications, including new approaches to reasoning, summarization, and interactivity
• Make strategic decisions about GenAI model architectures, training approaches, and deployment strategies
• Implement cutting-edge ML and AI research for cybersecurity
• Build production-ready AI systems that operate at our massive scale
• Mentor and guide scientists while fostering a culture of engineering excellence
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to align technical strategy with business goals
• Represent our technical work through publications, speaking engagements, and thought leadership
