Product Support Specialist Telemetry Cloud Systems

Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience with professional coffee machines, including diagnostics, repair, or support
• Experience working with cloud platforms and connected or IoT systems
• Strong understanding of push and pull data communication technologies
• Experience using telemetry for remote diagnostics and monitoring
• Good knowledge of connectivity, including Wi-Fi, SIM, and data networks
• Customer-facing technical support experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert remote support for connected coffee machines
• Diagnose faults using cloud-based telemetry platforms
• Work with push and pull data technologies to analyse machine performance
• Support distributors with technical issues, system setup, and optimisation
• Translate machine data into clear actions for engineers and customers
• Deliver training on telemetry systems and remote diagnostics tools
• Log and manage cases via CRM and helpdesk systems

We are an established global manufacturer of premium coffee and vending equipment, and we are seeking a Product Support Specialist to support our growing network of distributors across the UK and Ireland. This is an office-based role with client visits across Wolverhampton, Dudley, Kidderminster, Kingswinford, and Walsall. We offer a salary of £33k to £37k DOE, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension.
