Resource Management Specialist

Salary: £55,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in resource management, scheduling, delivery operations, or a similar operational support role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Confidence using Excel, reporting tools, and project tracking systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills.
• Sound judgement when handling confidential people and commercial information.
• Experience with ServiceNow is a nice to have.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate consultant allocations, project resourcing, and resource availability.
• Maintain resourcing plans, utilization data, forecasts, trackers, and reports.
• Support the full resourcing lifecycle, from identifying skills gaps in our consultant pool through to coordinating the logistics of bringing new capacity on board.
• Monitor skills, certifications, leave, timecards, and resourcing risks.
• Support project portfolio reporting and delivery administration.
• Administer ServiceNow Partner Portal, certifications, and partner success activity.
