M365/SharePoint Migration Lead

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 and SharePoint expertise
• Extensive experience delivering complex SharePoint migrations and upgrades
• Experience migrating from on-premises SharePoint to the latest SharePoint environment hosted on Azure
• Ability to lead migration activities from a technical perspective
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on SME within a project environment
• Active SC Clearance required
• Able to work onsite in Bristol five days per week
• Availability to start in early September
• Experience working within secure / SC-cleared environments is advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the technical delivery of a SharePoint migration and upgrade programme
• Lead migration activities from a technical perspective
• Work as a hands-on SME within a major migration programme
• Support the delivery of a SharePoint migration from on-premises to the latest SharePoint environment hosted on Azure
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration and upgrade process

We are looking for two experienced M365 / SharePoint Migration Leads to join a major migration programme based in Bristol. This is a 5-month initial contract with potential extensions or follow-on projects, offering up to £600 per day inside IR35. The role requires 5 days per week onsite in Bristol and active SC Clearance. We are delivering a significant migration programme and are seeking hands-on SME support to help ensure successful technical delivery.
