Desktop Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Fluent in Spanish.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT incidents, with a focus on first-time resolution.
• Solid knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Comfortable working with Windows and user operating systems.
• Experience with laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers and docking stations.
• Knowledge of Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
• Experience with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests and user queries.
• Act as the first point of contact for users requiring hands-on technical assistance.
• Install, configure, replace and maintain computers, peripherals and workplace equipment.
• Support laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers and other IT equipment.
• Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment and collaboration technology.
• Record and maintain accurate information on incidents and requests using our ITSM system.
• Carry out regular checks of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.
