Data Innovation and Automation Lead

Salary: £18,000 - 58,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• We will lead the design, development and continuous improvement of our Microsoft Fabric environment.
• We will establish a modern, scalable and secure data platform that supports reporting, analytics, data science and AI capabilities.
• We will drive the adoption of self-service analytics, empowering staff to make better use of data in their day-to-day decision making.
• We will identify opportunities to use automation, advanced analytics and emerging technologies to improve services and reduce demand.
• We will work closely with senior leaders and service areas to develop innovative data-driven solutions to business challenges.
• We will lead the delivery of strategic data and insight projects using Agile approaches.
• We will promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• We will act as the Councils subject matter expert on modern data platforms, analytics and data-driven transformation.
