Data Analytics Lead

Salary: £43,500 - 74,500 per year

Requirements:

• Significant experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles
• Experience leading or managing an analytics or BI team
• Proven experience delivering enterprise reporting and dashboard solutions using modern BI and visualisation platforms such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong understanding of KPI development, operational reporting, and performance management
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to translate business needs into analytical outputs
• Experience with the Microsoft toolset and awareness of how data engineering supports analytics
• Desirable: exposure to data governance, metadata management, and master data principles
• Desirable: experience supporting internal business reporting and customer-facing reporting services
• British nationality and active SC Clearance

• Lead a small analytics team to deliver clear reporting and insight for internal stakeholders and external customers
• Work hands-on with data while shaping how we use BI tools to support decision-making
