Job Description

Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Proven experience partnering with Business, Operations, and Technology teams within Financial Services to deliver key design artefacts and support end-to-end change initiatives aligned to business outcomes and value.
  • Strong experience managing interlocks, dependencies, and risks across complex cloud-based environments.
  • Product or platform ownership experience, including driving strategy, prioritisation, and delivery.
  • Good understanding of cloud technologies and data principles such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, or experience delivering large-scale migration programmes.
  • Strong project governance capabilities, with experience prioritising and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
  • Product Owner experience, particularly with cloud platforms, tools, or infrastructure products.
  • Ability to contribute to or set strategy, drive requirements, and make recommendations for change.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiating skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of organisational functions and business strategy.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate risk, strengthen controls, and support governance agendas.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as the strategic link between the Enterprise Data Platform and key business stakeholders.
  • Partner with senior leaders to understand business priorities and identify technology opportunities.
  • Provide high-level solution and architecture guidance.
  • Influence platform roadmaps and support strategic alignment.
  • Engage credibly with both technical teams and business leaders.
  • Drive platform adoption and product roadmap development.
  • Support teams in delivering long-term business value.
  • Manage dependencies, remove impediments, and oversee the planning and execution of Program Increments.
  • Facilitate Agile planning, team-of-teams events, and cross-team synchronization.
  • Support planning execution and cross-team backlog refinement.
  • Coach teams and Scrum Masters on cross-team Agile principles and practices.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate cross-team dependencies and risks.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration and build trust across business stakeholders, product teams, and vendors.
  • Champion ways of working and Agile culture.
  • Coordinate interlock and dependency management to support release management.
  • Optimise flow by monitoring delivery status, addressing bottlenecks, and serving as a point of escalation.
  • Track and report key metrics for leadership and governance forums.
  • Support continuous improvement in large-scale Agile environments.
