Enterprise Architect

Salary: £90,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise or Solution Architecture or Technology Transformation, including large-scale programme delivery
• Hands-on experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Gemini, and Agentic or Generative AI
• Customer Support or Contact Centre Operations experience (essential)
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud, plus API-based enterprise integrations
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and in multi-vendor environments
• Desirable: Marketing Operations, Agentforce, Data Cloud, TOGAF, or Google Professional Cloud Architect or Salesforce Architect certifications

Responsibilities:

• Own target architecture, technology roadmaps, and transformation strategy across several programmes at once
• Work with client leadership to turn business goals into practical technology strategies
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, and hyperautomation
• Support governance, architecture reviews, and executive decision-making
• Guide delivery teams and mentor architects and technical leads
