Job Description

Salary: £60,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field
  • Knowledge of Autodesk applications
  • Experience using deployment and inventory tools such as PDQ and SCCM
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019, and basic knowledge of iOS
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural, geographically distributed team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and support engineering IT services to keep systems operational and aligned with end-user requirements
  • Manage software deployment activities, including building, testing, and debugging application packages for future releases
  • Handle support tickets involving incident resolution and problem management
  • Coordinate software installations, patching, and system upgrades
