Business Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst within technology change or project delivery
• Strong requirements analysis skills, including experience with non-functional requirements, integrations, data quality, migration, reconciliation and controls
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence facilitating discussions and constructively challenging requirements and proposed solutions
• Experience in banking, financial services, accounting or customer systems is advantageous
• SQL or data analysis skills, or a relevant Business Analysis qualification, are advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, testers, operational colleagues and third-party suppliers to define, analyse and validate business, technical and data requirements
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, maintaining end-to-end traceability
• Develop process and data models
• Review solution designs and supplier artefacts
• Establish measurable acceptance criteria and success measures
