UX Researcher

Salary: £45,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3 years of UX Research experience
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Experience delivering research from planning through to insights and recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with remote testing tools, Figma, and prototyping tools
• Experience working with B2B SaaS products
• A curious, creative, and collaborative approach
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Willingness to occasionally travel to London, Spain, and France

Responsibilities:

• We plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research.
• We run usability testing, interviews, and remote research.
• We identify research opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• We analyse findings and translate them into actionable product insights.
• We present research findings clearly to a range of stakeholders.
• We support prototyping, testing, and iteration alongside UX/UI and Engineering teams.
• We advocate for user-centred design across the business.
• We use a range of UX research and remote testing tools.

We are hiring a UX Researcher to join our Product Design team in a permanent, full-time role based in Basingstoke, with hybrid working. The role focuses on understanding user needs, uncovering insights, and influencing product decisions. We work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and wider stakeholders to ensure user research informs the development and improvement of digital products.
