Solutions Architect

Salary: £70,000 - 110,000 per year

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer-first relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for team and corporate meetings
• Reliable internet access when working remotely
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field; an advanced degree may be considered in lieu of professional experience
• 4 years of experience in service delivery, finance, accounting, audit, or a related field
• Experience with enterprise risk, financial planning, or analytics and reporting solutions and related technology platforms preferred
• Hands-on experience with the Workiva platform, other SaaS and cloud technologies, or data architectures preferred
• Consultant-level experience at a services company or in public accounting preferred
• Self-motivation and a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
• Ability to influence and drive change in business processes
• Strong individual-contributor skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to manage multiple services
• Enhanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Familiarity with SQL, JSON, or R

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic delivery of contracted services to our customers and partners
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business needs and requirements
• Design solutions that integrate with the Workiva platform and deliver meaningful outcomes
• Build positive relationships with clients and partners, delivering standardized solutions tailored to their requirements
• Complete training to maintain expertise in financial, risk, and operational reporting on the Workiva platform
• Model best practices, mentor peers and Associates, support onboarding, and contribute to continuous development
• Set up and install technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions
• Manage clients initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and deliver or coordinate user training
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, documenting technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams
• Share client feedback with product and professional services teams to support product and process improvements
• Provide installation support remotely or work directly with clients on-site
• Adapt techniques and approaches to support projects, independently prioritize work, and provide technical guidance to peers as needed
