Salary: £51,000 - 91,000 per year

Requirements:

• Were looking for strong experience with Exchange Online, Exchange on-premises and hybrid environments.
• We value good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID.
• Were looking for experience with mail flow, SMTP routing, migrations and email security.
• We value knowledge of Microsoft Purview, retention, eDiscovery and compliance.
• Were looking for Azure infrastructure experience across compute, storage, networking, monitoring and security.
• We value PowerShell automation skills; experience with Microsoft Graph API, Azure CLI or Azure Automation is beneficial.
• Were looking for experience with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Bicep, ARM or Terraform.
• We value strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ideally, youll have 5+ years experience supporting enterprise technology platforms.
• Microsoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, or certifications in Azure Security, Networking, Architecture, Terraform, DevOps or ITIL, are advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• We support and optimise Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Exchange hybrid environments.
• We troubleshoot complex messaging, mail flow and platform issues.
• We deliver mailbox migrations, tenant consolidations and modernisation projects.
• We manage email security and compliance across Proofpoint, Microsoft Defender, Purview, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.
• We support identity services, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO and Entra Connect.
• We build and manage Azure infrastructure, networking, storage and compute services.
• We automate infrastructure and operational tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, Bicep or Terraform.
• We implement Azure monitoring, governance, security and access controls.
• We support CI/CD, containers and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• We provide third-line technical support and root-cause analysis.
• We collaborate with architects and security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver effective end-to-end solutions.
