Software Machine Learning Engineer

Salary: £31,500 - 56,000 per year

Requirements:

• Development experience on cross-team projects with milestones and dependencies
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python
• Source control skills with Git, Gerrit, and Repo
• Experience with agile software development, continuous integration, and test-driven development
• Nice to have: Experience with machine learning applications and frameworks
• Nice to have: Compiler development experience
• Nice to have: Open-source software development experience
• Nice to have: Awareness of hardware architecture principles

Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and architect new features, primarily in machine learning compilation technology and framework software, kernel and user-space driver stacks, real-time embedded software, test automation, and performance evaluation
• Lead larger work packages and mentor more junior engineers
• Work closely with the machine learning hardware team to achieve optimal system partitioning
• Collaborate across teams and contribute to shared goals
