Senior Statistical Programming Lead
Job Description
Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements:- Experienced Statistical Programmer with advanced knowledge of statistical programming methods, languages, and data structures
- Advanced technical and problem-solving skills for completing complex programming activities
- Preferred skills: Advanced Analytics, Biostatistics, Clinical Trials, Collaboration, Consulting, Critical Thinking, Data Privacy Standards, Data Quality, Data Savvy, Digital Fluency, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), Quality Assurance (QA), Report Writing, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Statistical Analysis Systems (SAS) Programming, Statistics, Systems Development, and Technological Savvy
- Lead delivery of statistical programming for one or more clinical projects, generally of low to medium complexity, scope, or criticality
- Coordinate and oversee programming team activities, providing technical and project-specific guidance to support high-quality, timely deliverables in compliance with departmental processes and procedures
- Develop programming strategies, specifications, and plans for project deliverables; may lead programming activities supporting a clinical program, compound, or submission
- Review project requirements and documentation and provide input
- Collaborate with statistical programming and cross-functional team members to achieve project goals
- Design and develop programs supporting complex clinical data analysis and reporting
- Apply technical and analytical expertise to develop and implement solutions that improve efficiency and quality on clinical projects
- Contribute to or lead work in an area of expertise to improve the efficiency and quality of deliverables across multiple projects
