SC Non-Functional Test Lead

Salary: £123,500 - 130,000 per year

Requirements:

• Current SC clearance
• Around three years experience leading performance testing with JMeter
• Experience with Azure / Cloud; ADF would be useful but not essential
• Experience with OAT and functional test automation
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber in an Agile environment
• Relevant non-functional testing experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead non-functional testing as part of a forward-thinking team
• Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests using JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling
• Ensure testing aligns with the performance strategy and agreed non-functional requirements
• Work closely with technical teams to troubleshoot issues
• Monitor systems using Grafana and Splunk
• Use diagnostics tools such as New Relic and Dynatrace
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Drive improvements to ensure robust, scalable systems across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments
