Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.
  • Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration, or optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of operational business processes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.
  • Epicor Kinetic, MRP, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, BAQs, BPMs, integrations/APIs, EDI, or multi-site environments would be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.
  • Map and improve manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes.
  • Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex functional issues.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.
  • Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Deliver the functional delivery of Epicor across implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
