SAP Integration Developer

Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require 3 years hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite.
• We require strong experience with ABAP Proxies and RFC debugging.
• We require expertise configuring and supporting adapters including IDOC, RFC, JDBC, File, Proxy, SOAP, HTTP and REST.
• We require proven experience integrating SAP with third-party systems.
• We require experience delivering end-to-end SAP integration projects from design through to support.
• We require a strong understanding of structured development and project delivery methodologies.
• We require experience facilitating integration requirement workshops.
• We require the ability to lead and influence API strategy and best practice.
• We require excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• We require a passion for learning and adopting new SAP technologies.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Development or a related discipline is desirable.
• SAP PI/PO experience, with 7.5 preferred, is desirable.
• Knowledge of Web Services, SOAP and REST is desirable.
• SAP BPM and BPMN process modelling experience is desirable.
• Understanding of B2B and EDI standards is desirable.
• SAP Gateway and OData exposure is desirable.
• Java/J2EE or JavaScript development experience is desirable.
• SAP functional knowledge across modules such as FI, MM and SD is desirable.
• SAP ABAP knowledge is desirable.
• ITIL certification or awareness is desirable.
• SAP Certification is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• We lead SAP Integration Suite developments across key business transformation programmes.
• We design and deliver robust integration solutions within a complex SAP environment.
• We own and drive our API development and integration strategy.
• We translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• We lead integration workshops and engage with stakeholders across the business.
• We manage and deliver both large-scale projects and smaller enhancement initiatives.
• We ensure best practice development standards and integration methodologies are followed.
