Data Integrations Specialist
Job Description
Salary: £31,500 - 59,500 per year
Requirements:- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of related experience
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Database knowledge management experience
- Prior experience with ETL tooling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Experience interfacing with data modeling within CRM and other software solutions
- Proficiency in database management, query languages such as SQL, and ETL tools
- Familiarity with JSON, HTML, and scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- Experience with CRM platforms such as nCino and Salesforce, including Admin 201 and additional certifications
- Deep understanding of loan processes, financial services, and business value certifications such as nCino 101 and 201
- Previous experience in a similar role with increasing responsibility
- High proficiency with spreadsheets such as MS Excel and Informatica Cloud Data (IICS)
- Extensive experience with nCino or similar integration platforms
- In-depth familiarity with loan application processes and financial services
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator and Business Analyst Certification
- nCino 301 Certification
- Provide advanced product-related data integration and implementation support within our platform, addressing complex issues and ensuring successful deployments
- Adhere to and enhance alert and escalation procedures to promptly address and resolve issues, leveraging deep knowledge of data compatibility within our customers environments
- Perform according to our established Integration Framework, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Regularly communicate project status and customer issues to project owners, ensuring transparency and timely updates
- Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed activity, progress, and time recording or management reports in accordance with procedures
- Understand and articulate challenges inherent in environment strategy
- Proactively alert customers and managers of potential problems based on extensive working knowledge of data compatibility within customer environments
- Stay current on technical specifications of our products, including new and soon-to-be-released products, and provide expert guidance on implementation
- Provide guidance to junior team members, supporting their professional growth and adherence to best practices
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of primary departmental tools, using them effectively to support integration tasks
- Troubleshoot using configuration review, debug logs, and Chrome tools to identify and resolve issues
- Document troubleshooting processes, gap analysis, and root cause analysis when necessary
- Possess a deep understanding of our primary data model and CRM platform, leveraging this knowledge to optimize integrations
- Perform complex CRM configurations in support of implementations, ensuring seamless integration and functionality
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks
- Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making, elevate customer experience, and boost team productivity while ensuring measurable value
