Engineering Manager

Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experienced Senior or Lead Engineer ready to move into management, or an existing Engineering Manager looking for a hands-on leadership position.
• Experience leading and developing software engineers across Azure/AWS serverless technologies.
• Ability to own delivery, planning and technical priorities for a team.
• Experience working with Product and Tech Leads to shape architecture and technical roadmaps.
• Ability to drive engineering best practices across quality, testing and observability.
• Experience supporting hiring, coaching, performance reviews and career development.
• Ability to identify opportunities to improve tooling, automation and engineering processes.
• Interest in introducing AI into the engineering function and identifying practical uses across development, testing and delivery.

Youll join a small, high-performing engineering team of 6, working closely with Product and Tech Leads to develop modern web applications and APIs. We offer hybrid and flexible working with 2 days onsite per week, a salary up to £95,000 plus annual bonus, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, a workplace pension, a home office budget, and a learning and development budget including paid certifications.
