ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Salary: £30,000 - 60,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong ServiceNow architecture and development experience
• Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Minimum of 5+ ServiceNow CIS certifications
• Advanced JavaScript, SQL, and API integration skills
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and business audiences
• Passion for continuous learning and staying current with the latest ServiceNow innovations
• Previous consulting or professional services experience
• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise platform transformations
• Experience working within highly regulated industries

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow solutions
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Translate business challenges into scalable ServiceNow platform solutions
• Provide technical leadership across large transformation programmes
• Guide clients through governance, architecture, and platform strategy decisions
• Lead and mentor teams of ServiceNow developers and technical consultants
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical quality assurance activities
• Drive best practice adoption across ServiceNow implementations
• Support business development activities and identify opportunities to deliver additional client value
• Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodologies and service offerings
