Digital Transformation Principal
Job Description
Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year
Requirements:- We require 6+ years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, IT, or management.
- We require experience delivering large-scale digital transformation programs in complex enterprise environments.
- We require a minimum of 2 years in a client-facing role engaging mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
- We require proven ability to help shape and sell transformation initiatives.
- We require experience leading cross-functional projects from design through implementation.
- We require familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
- We require strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- We require solid project management experience and familiarity with methodologies and tools.
- We require the ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- We require a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- We prefer an advanced degree.
- We prefer certifications such as Design Thinking, Service Design, CDTP, PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, ITIL, TOGAF, CCMP, CISA, CISSP, AWS, Microsoft, GCP, Agile, DevOps, CBAP, Six Sigma, PROSCI, or MSP.
- We support the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies aligned to client goals.
- We contribute to solution design under the guidance of senior leadership.
- We align digital initiatives with business objectives such as growth, efficiency, and customer experience.
- We identify customer pain points and translate them into digital solutions.
- We define business cases and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- We articulate long-term digital strategy and technology adoption goals.
- We participate in managing digital transformation programs across timelines and budgets.
- We track project progress, milestones, and KPIs, and report to stakeholders.
- We support risk identification and mitigation planning.
- We manage projects with minimal oversight in certain scenarios.
- We serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.
- We provide updates on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- We collaborate with internal and client teams to drive alignment and success.
- We support and guide junior team members.
- We coordinate across teams to ensure alignment and efficient resource utilization.
- We stay current on emerging technologies and transformation methodologies.
- We participate in internal training and development programs.
- We build capabilities toward progression into the Digital Transformation Lead role.
