Infrastructure Enterprise Architect, Sr Manager

Salary: £50,000 - 75,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience designing enterprise-scale infrastructure solutions
• Experience delivering large transformation programmes
• Strong background in cloud and infrastructure modernisation
• Experience working within regulated environments
• Demonstrated leadership of architecture governance activities
• Experience developing executive-level technology strategies and roadmaps
• Infrastructure design, build, and management experience in some of the following areas:
• Datacenter, networks, compute, and storage fundamentals
• Cloud and infrastructure migrations, operations, and lifecycle management
• Cloud services such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
• Cloud and infrastructure security and resilience, including DR, HA, and backup and recovery
• Virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix
• Container platforms such as OpenShift, EKS, AKS, and GKS
• Infrastructure automation such as Terraform, Ansible, and Python
• Developing knowledge of AI infrastructure solutions

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise infrastructure architecture roadmap
• Define future-state infrastructure capabilities and target architectures
• Align infrastructure investment decisions to business and technology strategy
• Drive infrastructure modernisation and technical debt reduction initiatives
• Support merger, acquisition, divestiture, and transformation programmes
