ServiceNow CRM Architect

For our client, a leading strategic ServiceNow partner, we are looking for experienced ServiceNow CRM Architects, Senior Consultants and CRM Specialists to join their growing international team.

Our client is very well positioned within the ServiceNow ecosystem and is recognised as a leading partner in the CRM across international markets. They work with organisations on complex customer transformation initiatives, supporting them in the design and implementation of modern and innovative ServiceNow CRM solutions.

We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced professionals who combine strong ServiceNow and CRM expertise with a strategic, consulting-oriented and customer-focused mindset.

Your Responsibilities

Depending on your background and area of expertise, your responsibilities may include:

• Designing and developing ServiceNow CRM solutions and architectures

• Taking a leading role in the architecture, implementation and further development of ServiceNow CRM platforms

• Advising customers on the optimisation and digitalisation of their customer processes and customer experience

• Translating complex business and customer requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Designing innovative solutions across CRM and customer service environments

• Working closely with customers, business stakeholders and technical teams

• Contributing your expertise to complex customer transformation and digitalisation projects

• Acting as a trusted advisor and supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle

Your Profile

We are interested in candidates with a strong background in ServiceNow and CRM, ideally with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Several years of experience working with ServiceNow

• Strong experience in ServiceNow CRM, Customer Service Management or other customer-focused ServiceNow solutions

• Experience as a ServiceNow Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect or Senior Consultant

• Strong understanding of CRM processes, customer journeys and customer experience

• Experience designing and implementing complex and scalable platform solutions

• The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions

• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with complex customer or international environments would be an advantage
