Descripción del puesto
For a renowned Swiss bank in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced cloud and platform engineer. You will provision and run platform services as code, depending on the team, with a focus on Entra ID automation, a data platform on Azure or a Kafka platform on Kubernetes.
Your tasks
Provision platform services with infrastructure as code, using Terraform, Helm and GitLab
Automate build, test and release processes and run CI/CD pipelines
Operate and develop Azure Kubernetes and storage accounts
Depending on the team, automate Entra ID, build a data platform on Azure Postgres with lakehouse technologies, or upgrade Confluent Kafka on Kubernetes
Your profile
German at C1 level or higher, the project language is German. Understanding of Swiss German is expected
Very good Azure skills and experience with Kubernetes
Infrastructure as code with Terraform
DevOps toolchain with Git, GitLab, Docker and CI/CD
Experience applying cloud security technologies
Several years of experience at senior level
Nice to have
Go, Python or Bash
OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect and Conditional Access
Iceberg or Delta, Denodo
