UX/UI Designer

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong Figma and prototyping skills
• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Understanding of HTML, CSS and modern front-end frameworks
• Knowledge of responsive design and WCAG accessibility
• Experience working within Agile product teams

Responsibilities:

• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity UI
• Deliver intuitive, accessible and responsive user experiences
• Maintain and evolve our product design system
• Manage our external design-system agency
• Champion UX best practice and WCAG accessibility
• Create user-centred experiences from concept through to delivery
• Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Oversee our external design agency and ensure the design system is maintained and adopted consistently across the platform

We offer a salary of £55,000–£65,000 plus bonus, hybrid working with 3 days in Glasgow, private healthcare, a pension contribution, and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. We work across the business to deliver consistent, accessible user experiences and to scale our design system across multiple product modules.
