Technical Support Services Contract Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require you to be capable of attaining and maintaining Developed Vetting (DV) clearance.
• We require you to be willing to undergo all necessary security vetting and screening processes.
• We require you to be able to work within highly secure Government and Defence environments.
• We require you to be willing to work full-time on-site in Corsham, Wiltshire.
• We require you to be willing and able to travel across the UK and to the USA.
• We are looking for experience managing complex service delivery, support services or defence contracts.
• We are looking for strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• We are looking for a proven track record of governance, reporting and performance management.
• We are looking for experience managing budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• We are looking for strong commercial awareness and understanding of contract change control.
• We are looking for the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a secure or regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• We lead the successful delivery of technical support services to the customer.
• We act as the primary customer interface for contractual and operational matters.
• We manage contract performance against agreed objectives, service levels and contractual commitments.
• We deliver effective governance through progress reviews, contract reviews and annual management reviews.
• We produce high-quality reports covering technical performance, financial performance, staffing, contractual matters and health and safety.
• We manage risks, issues, opportunities and improvement initiatives.
• We lead contract tasking, change control and commercial processes.
• We manage contract amendments, financial forecasting and commercial performance.
• We coordinate delivery teams to ensure appropriate capability, capacity and skills are available.
• We build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for contract growth.
