Systems Analyst

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of system life-cycle management and data flows
• Experience working with healthcare or care management systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate current care, HR, and administrative systems across all care homes
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or risks in digital workflows
• Gather and document system and user requirements
• Support or lead the roll-out of new systems such as electronic care records, medication management systems, staff rostering and HR systems, and financial and compliance platforms
• Coordinate data migration, system testing, and go-live planning
