System Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - 30,000 per year

Requirements:

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
• Ability to understand and support business processes through technology
• Ability to develop and curate support and guidance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate with a wide range of people

Responsibilities:

• Support and monitor digital workplace technologies, including endpoint devices, Microsoft 365, Azure services, SaaS platforms, and cloud-hosted applications
• Support Microsoft Intune for device compliance, configuration, security baselines, and application deployment
• Support security operations by monitoring, investigating, and reporting anomalies related to identities, devices, and access
• Act as First Contact Resolution and escalation for complex technical issues raised by colleagues or service desk engineers
• Ensure all incidents, service requests, and changes are accurately logged and managed via JIRA Service Management
