Support Engineer

Salary: £37,500 - 37,500 per year

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Electronics, Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.
• 2+ years experience in technical support or field service.
• Strong electromechanical and IT troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence explaining technical information to customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line remote technical support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical and equipment faults.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Escalate complex issues to field engineers and technical specialists.
• Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring safety at all times.
