Software Development Lead (Audio Technology)

Salary: £50,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience with commercial software development
• Experience with Agile Scrum and sprint planning
• Experience with the JUCE framework

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop our Software Development team
• Drive the research, specification, and development of innovative software and digital products
• Oversee scalable software and embedded firmware development using structured development processes
• Plan team workloads and communicate project progress to key stakeholders
• Maintain our software development best practices, documentation, and quality standards
• Manage software development projects and coordinate with OEM partners
