Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, virtualisation, and Azure
• Proven ability to manage and deliver technical projects
• Good understanding of security and compliance, including ISO 27001, CE, and GDPR
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
• Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver infrastructure projects such as migrations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Manage and optimise our IT infrastructure across the UK environment
• Work with global teams to align standards and processes
• Ensure our systems are secure, scalable, and compliant
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testing
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members
• Engage with vendors and manage third-party services

We are hiring a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Gloucester-based team on-site, working normal hours Monday to Thursday 08:00-16:30 and Friday 08:00-15:00. This is an opportunity to take ownership of infrastructure projects end to end while contributing to the ongoing development and support of our global IT environment. You will work closely with international colleagues in a collaborative team and help improve our growing global environment.
