Senior Digital Product Manager

Salary: £65,000 - 80,000 per year

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong digital, e-commerce, or SaaS background
• Experience owning a product area end to end
• Experience leading squads, not just managing tickets
• Outcome-focused mindset
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders across different markets
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and pace
• Technically strong enough to understand detail, ask the right questions, and work effectively with engineering teams
• Exposure to Shopify, platform migrations, experimentation tools, UX-led product work, customer service platforms, or complex multi-market environments is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Own outcomes across key product domains
• Lead squads and drive real commercial impact in a global e-commerce environment
• Manage stakeholders across multiple regions and markets
• Drive product discovery, strategy, prioritisation, and delivery
• Oversee experimentation, optimisation, and measurable business outcomes
• Work closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams
• Help shape the direction of the product function
• Mentor and support colleagues around us

We are a business going through a major digital and technology transformation, offering a senior product role with real ownership, visibility, and influence. The position is based in Nottingham with a working arrangement of 4 days in the office and 1 day from home. We offer a salary of up to £80k plus a 20% bonus, with flexibility for the right person above that level.
