Senior Data Scientist

Salary: £85,000 - 95,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience building machine learning models in Python
• Excellent understanding of predictive modelling, classification or propensity modelling
• Experience with feature engineering, model evaluation and experimentation
• Comfortable working across the full machine learning lifecycle
• Experience working with cloud platforms and modern ML tooling
• Curious and analytical mindset

Responsibilities:

• Design and build the machine learning capability at the heart of our business
• Develop automated systems capable of generating, deploying and continuously improving bespoke machine learning models for each customer
• Work with large-scale behavioural event data to improve prediction accuracy and drive measurable customer outcomes
• Apply machine learning, feature engineering and experimentation to complex behavioural prediction problems
• Influence product strategy, shape technical direction and establish best practices from day one
• Own one of the most important parts of our company and have a direct impact on the product and future success of the business

This is a hybrid role based in London, with three days per week in the office, and offers a salary of £85K - £95K. Youll work alongside highly experienced founders and recognised experts in machine learning in a genuine ownership role where you can help shape our product and technical direction from day one.
