Product Owner

Salary: £35,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience already in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, or a strong Business Analyst looking to step into product ownership
• Comfortable working hands-on with a development team, including specs, user stories, user guides, and documentation
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to get into the detail of a problem, not just describe it at a high level
• Advantageous, but not essential: experience with system integrations such as e-commerce platforms or ERP systems
• Advantageous, but not essential: working knowledge of SQL and databases
• Advantageous, but not essential: background in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field

Responsibilities:

• Translate customer and business requirements into clear specs, user stories, and documentation
• Work closely with our Customer Success and Implementation teams to understand priorities and provide realistic delivery timelines
• Prioritise what we build next based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic impact
• Define acceptance criteria and check delivered work against the specification
• Communicate and escalate clearly to ensure go-live requirements do not slip
• Help bring more structure to the product function as the team grows
