Network IT Engineer

Salary: £28,000 - 34,000 per year

Requirements:

• We require experience supporting IT infrastructure and business systems, including Microsoft 365, Windows, servers and networking.
• We require experience with Cisco Meraki Cloud, SharePoint, Confluence, Jira and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, with knowledge of IIS, CLI and SSH.
• CCNA or an equivalent networking qualification is essential.
• HNC/HND, CCNP and a full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
• We are looking for strong communication and problem-solving skills with an interest in technology, continuous improvement and cyber security.
• Experience with Fortinet FortiOS, ZPL, Certero, Axonius or Metabase would be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• We support and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, backups, networks, switches, firewalls and end-user devices.
• We provide Microsoft 365, Windows and general IT support to office-based and remote users.
• We manage and support software installations, upgrades, network devices, databases and system reporting.
• We work with UK and international teams while supporting cyber security best practices and continuous IT improvement.
