Lead Solutions Engineer

Salary: £200,000 - 250,000 per year

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience operating as a Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, Technical Lead, or in an equivalent senior technical leadership role
• At least 5 years of experience in programming/coding, technical solution backend design, and delivery to clients or advertisers
• Familiarity with one or more general programming languages, including Python, Go, Java, or C/C++
• Strong ability to collaborate, communicate, and manage advertising client and partner relationships
• Demonstrated ability to tailor presentations to the audiences technical level and comfort delivering technical topics to groups of any size or background
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
• Preferred: experience in advertising technology working with large-volume data analytics

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, production-grade solutions in collaboration with product engineering teams to meet evolving business and client needs
• Act as a technical leader and subject matter expert across the Solutions Engineering organization, providing architectural guidance and driving engineering excellence
• Apply our products and technology to identify, develop, and maximize new and existing commercial opportunities with advertising clients
• Cultivate close partnerships with the customer success team to identify business opportunities and support them in achieving business goals
• Design and build end-to-end systems and launch strategies, and deliver production-level code with long-term maintainability and scalability in mind, including documentation and test plans
• Identify stakeholders independently and align cross-functional partners toward project completion goals
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Use data to influence decision-making by presenting business value and impact
