Salary: £72,310 - 72,310 per year

Requirements:
  • Significant experience leading business analysis within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and a solid understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
  • Excellent requirements gathering, process improvement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and producing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting integrations, testing, data migration and change adoption.
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead a team of Business Analysts.
  • Desirable: Housing Association or Social Housing experience.
  • Desirable: Understanding of housing services, regulation and consumer standards.
  • Desirable: Business Analysis or Agile qualifications.
  • Desirable: Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with housing management systems and digital services.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities across our Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programme.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, redesign processes and improve resident journeys.
  • Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and define future operating models.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and delivery partners to implement effective solutions.
  • Support data migration, integration, testing and benefits realisation activities.
  • Mentor and develop Business Analysts, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
