• A genuine interest in observability, performance engineering and proactive service management
• Confidence supporting platform establishment and ongoing monitoring activities
• Strong curiosity about how systems interact, including dependency mapping
• A mindset geared towards faster troubleshooting and learning from data
• A professional approach to working within a security-focused environment
• Active SC clearance or eligibility for SC clearance

Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment of our Dynatrace platform across the application management services estate
• Help deliver end-to-end observability for application and infrastructure performance
• Enable earlier issue detection and more proactive service management
• Assist with dependency mapping, monitoring and automated alerting
• Support faster root cause analysis and improved incident resolution
• Contribute to AI-assisted analytics to strengthen insight-led decision-making
• Help improve resilience and the overall user experience
