IT Technician (1st & 2nd Line)

Salary: £28,000 - 35,000 per year

Requirements:

• We have previous experience in a 1st and/or 2nd Line IT Support role.
• We have experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• We have knowledge of Azure and Entra ID administration.
• We have experience working with service desk or ITSM ticketing systems.
• We have strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and remote support environments.
• We have familiarity with Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management tools.
• We have experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, which is advantageous.
• We have an understanding of ITIL principles or an ITIL certification, which is beneficial.
• We have strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with users across the business.

Responsibilities:

• We provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and user issues.
• We act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests.
• We support and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• We assist with Azure and Entra ID user administration, permissions, and access management.
• We manage and resolve tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• We deliver excellent customer service and clear communication to end users.
• We work collaboratively with the wider IT team to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
