IT Support Technician

Salary: £25,000 - 26,500 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in some of the following: Office 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Windows 11, networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls), cyber security, MDM, IT hardware troubleshooting, and IT equipment deployment.
• We need strong communication skills.
• We need someone who can work independently and as part of a team.
• We require fluency in both written and spoken English.
• We require a full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Technical support experience of 1 year is required.
• Customer service experience of 1 year is required.
• GCSE or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• We will have you join our team of IT engineers based in Leicestershire.
• We will have you support clients of varying sizes across the UK.
• We will have you travel to client sites, mostly around Leicestershire but sometimes further afield.
• We will have you provide IT support and technical assistance across the areas listed in the experience requirements.
• We will have you communicate with clients and work collaboratively with our team.

We are Parkway Computers, and we are looking for someone to join our team of IT engineers based in Leicestershire supporting clients of varying sizes across the UK. This is a full-time, in-person role with a schedule of 9:00AM to 5:30PM and a salary of £25,000 to £26,500 per year. We offer company events and a company pension.
