IT Support Engineer

Salary: £38,000 - 42,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for an IT Support Engineer or similar.
• We require IT qualifications.
• We require candidates who are commutable to Newry.

Responsibilities:

• We will maintain existing IT infrastructure.
• We will install new hardware and software.
• We will manage helpdesk calls and emails.
• We will liaise with management and external stakeholders.
• We will manage the IT infrastructure for our sites and fleet of vessels.
• We will install, upgrade, and maintain networks, CCTV equipment, and computers.
• We will monitor helpdesk requests.
• We will speak to suppliers.
• We will manage stock.
• We will manage IT-related projects.
